I am an MD student and clinical research fellow in the department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, working within the Rosenfeld Group at the CRUK Cambridge Institute. My research is focused on using circulating tumour DNA (ctDNA) to track the progression of disease and mechanisms of resistance to new targeted therapies in advanced melanoma. I have been awarded nationally competitive clinical research grants from the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust in addition to further charitable funding.
I have had the opportunity to present at national and international conferences and have been awarded the Plastic Surgery ‘Douglas Murray’ prize. I hope to pursue my interest in academia during Higher Surgical Training and beyond.
Outside of medicine I enjoy skiing, travelling and fine dining.
